In Binghamton, urgent care centers are busiest on weekends and evenings when doctors' offices are closed, and most post their wait times online. Across New York, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. Check the listing for insurance, hours and whether telehealth visits are offered.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 amβ4:30 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (607) 797-0680. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Its Google rating stands at 2.8 out of 5 from 20 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Binghamton is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Binghamton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I am someone who will most likely need talk therapy and medication management for the rest of my life. I have been going to CTRC for about seven years now. I have had wonderful, compassionate and hard-working providers at this location. As with any other clinic, I was placed with a few that did not mesh with me. CTRC was very accommodating and matched me with providers who do. A lot of people are in need of mental health services and some of the therapists have 70 clients. That's dedication. The women who practically run the place by fielding calls and scheduling etc. are also very hardworking. I haven't seen a good review for this place in a long time. I think that's unfortunate, so I wanted to put in my two cents! I definitely recommend this office for mental health services.

the staff at check-front Desk are extremely rude and hostile to the patience, and going to this place is going to be suffer over and over again from your mental anguish. it is not good place. seek treatment elsewhere.

The front desk staff can be okay, but the mental health professionals are not the most professional I've ever met.

Cold, detached staff. No actual meaningful security presence and things get out of control and scary in the waiting room and parking lot often, ultimately whatever is going to transpire is already over by the time security arrives. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. They don't care about you. Dr. Hameed feels no compassion whatsoever, when I informed her I'd been cornered by another patient out front, she smiled in my face all "oh that must've been very frightening for you." When they tried to give me a horrible scarecrow of a therapist and I asked to switch to a separate one, Dr. Hameed asked me if I couldn't "just give it a shot anyway." This place is hell. They are perpetuating the cycle of trauma. This is corruption. This is the face of the mental health crisis.

Didmt this place have the girl gabrrielle xlander who beat a little girl by slapping her full force in the front of her face here? Saw she was put on leave or something? I mean how's that happen?

I heard the same things about the front office people being rude and treating these patients like theyβre lesser people I would like to know why somebody doesnβt do something about that and make the necessary changes this is supposed to be a place that helps people who are going through a rough time and I need to be treated with the same respect And if they donβt know how to do that they need to look for a new job because they obviously donβt like the one there at!

The front office is horrible. They are rude, transer calls and do not tell you why. The providers never return phone calls either. When I go in to see them it's fine but trying to get in touch with them is a joke. 3 stars is being generous.

THE FRONT OFFICE GETS NO STARS!!! i have recieved the best mental health care from this facililty. The 3 different practioners i have seen were and are wonderful and understanding. The front office "girls" have an issue with being polite. They over take you and treat you like a lesser person. They over look requests for changes etc. You would hope that people in that position (mental health) would be more understandng and polite. But again the physicians are fantastic.
